Finding Buy It Now Vehicles

Buy It Now Process

1. Selection: Once you've found a vehicle you wish to purchase, click on the Buy It Now button associated with the listing. This action signals your intention to buy the vehicle at the listed price.
2. Payment: After clicking Buy It Now, you'll be prompted to confirm your purchase and proceed to payment. Copart typically requires payment within a specific timeframe (often 3 business days) from the purchase date. Accepted payment methods usually include wire transfer, credit card, and other online payment options, but it's important to check Copart's current payment policies.
3. Fees: In addition to the purchase price, buyers are responsible for any applicable buyer fees, taxes, and, if necessary, shipping costs. Copart provides a fee calculator to help estimate the total cost.
4. Vehicle Pickup: Once payment is confirmed, buyers can arrange for vehicle pickup. Copart generally requires that vehicles be picked up within a certain period (usually 7 days) to avoid storage fees. Buyers are responsible for arranging transportation, either personally or through a third-party transport service.

Conditions and Restrictions

• Vehicle Condition: Vehicles sold through Buy It Now are sold as-is, where-is. Copart provides detailed descriptions and photographs, but it's the buyer's responsibility to assess the vehicle's condition. Copart often allows for onsite vehicle inspections prior to purchase.
• Final Sale: All Buy It Now sales are final. Buyers must carefully review all vehicle information and ensure they're fully committed before proceeding with the purchase.
• Availability: Vehicles available for Buy It Now are subject to prior sale. If a vehicle receives a bid that meets or exceeds the seller's reserve price before a Buy It Now transaction is completed, the vehicle may be removed from the Buy It Now option and placed into the auction.
